Am I considered hung?

Hello to all,
I've just discovered this forum and decided to registered recently. I'm a 23 year old 6 foot 3 inches 220 lbs male and when people see my cock people immediately mention how nice it looks. But I wonder if it's considered hung. I measured it as approximately 7 by 7. Any comments are appreciated.
