I am just over 2 inches flaccid, 4 1/4 inches hard. Am I conseidered small? Id like to shrink it down a bit more

Hi agree your small as I am as well with the same size flaccid as you and 5 inches hard. Length hard may sound more average but lack of girth makes me small
