I used to be against circumcision back when it was the unpopular choice to make. I personally didn't like the action being taken against a child before they can make a choice on it.
My thoughts on it may be further enveloping now.

Personally, I'm uncircumcised, but with tight foreskin which usually keeps things clean inside... even for months on end. This is a type of foreskin that sees people recommend circumcision or stretching. (I'm enjoying it though,.. maybe a bit too much.)

Oh yeahh--this is definitely a reliable site. For example:

I am with you on this one. The fact that there is no clear consensus tells me that there is a big risk that an infant who has his genitals cut without his consent may well grow up to resent it. The number of circumcised men who do not like being circumcised in this thread indicates that is a very real possibility. So, why would parents take that risk of alienating their sons when there is no clear consensus that there are any substantial benefits to being circumcised?
Yes. Also, what would be assault on an adult is business as usual on an infant. It doesn't take that many years to grow up. Why the discrepancy?
So you've heard anyway. 99 out of 100 cut guys got that way through routine infant circumcision (RIC). Millions more every year.
About 2/3 of the cut males on earth are Muslims. About half of Muslims cut later in childhood rather than in infancy.
And of course the Qur'an says nothing of genital cutting for either gender but does say in several places that creation is perfect and flawless and needs no alteration.

And that's precisely because there is a clear consensus that, far from being beneficial, circumcision is actively harmful. Any perceived lack of definitive consensus on its malicious nature is entirely due to the circfetishists' self-serving muddying of the waters. The evidence is very clear and completely compelling that circumcision is a damaging mutilation that carries only risks, losses, and severe disadvantages. It conveys NO health benefits whatsoever, substantial or otherwise, NO immunity or protection of any sort against STD's, UTI's, HIV/AIDS, or anything else--in fact, a growing body of evidence demonstrates just the opposite.

Cultural conditioning. Many natural guys in the states have learned a sort of self-loathing. I much prefer normal unaltered dicks. You can do more. With tight cut dicks, all you can do is try to suck the chrome off the proverbial ball hitch. I much prefer foreskin nibbling. As Farallon atests, those are the sensitive bits.
