I love being cut, and glad I am. I think most uncut cocks look disgusting, esp when the skin hangs way beyond the tip of the head, like some dead slug meat or something.

That's your problem. Not the guy with the foreskin.
Do you think uncircumcised women look disgusting?
How about art? Are Grecian vases repulsive? The David, would he look better circumcised?

Come to think of it, why do so many circumcised guys think it's OK to use those words, against their uncut brothers? I don't always think a scar on a cock is attractive, sometimes I think it is downright repulsive. I would never say it, because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, especially over something they can't control. Why is this never reciprocal? Why are so many cut guys in uncut guys' faces, about how disgusting it looks? Why do they never miss an opportunity to hurt someone else's feelings, when being silent, as I do, is so much kinder?

You just said you think a cut cock is 'downright repulsive' in a post, so i think that makes it pretty clear what your feelings are.

Quite simply, I think everyone should be happy with what they have. I'm cut personally, and very happy that way. If you're uncut, be cool with it too. I would certainly never hate on anybody for whatever kind of cock they have. In terms of appearance, some like cut, some like uncut. That's just basic preferences.

I said it this time, because I've read it a hundred times, or maybe a thousand times.
It's really not very 'live and let live' to come out and say, "they are disgusting". I want guys to think twice, before they say hurtful words, just so they can believe they are superior to someone else. I guess I am a little tired of turning the other cheek, and getting that one slapped, just to turn the other cheek, and get the first one slapped.
These guys need to know that what they say is ugly.
As far as my feelings and cut cocks, they come in all levels of beauty and ugly, just like uncut ones. That's another thing that surprises me. That these guys can condemn all uncut cocks as disgusting. It's odd that they see no beauty whatsoever, in any of them.

I'm not sure I think calling uncut or cut penises "disgusting" isn't "live and let live." It's "live and let live, but I'd prefer not to live with that." I'm cool with that. That said, I think a lot of people talk like this to overcompensate. But probably not all, and it's their right to have a preference.

It is called a discussion. The OP asked a question, and I answered it with my views. And if we all stayed silent about our views, as you put it, there would be no need for forums. Just be careful not to break any bones if you fall off that high horse you are on.

"don't always and "sometimes" qualify his meaning quite a lot, and "a scar on a cock"=/="a cut cock" that's very different from

Of course, but that's different from being happy with what someone has done to them.

Hardly "basic". One is standard equipment, the other is a particular kind of modification. It's not exactly a given, like height or size or hair-colour.

Well put. My feelings exactly.

This kind of sums up my thoughts exactly, it's effectively the main reason I don't even enter such pointless debates, as I find them anyway.
Cut guys calling uncut penises ugly/disgusting whatever isn't right at all. However I've seen time and time again uncut guys saying a cut guys penis is "mutilated" or "That's cool with me man, honestly. It's just I wouldn't like living with a mutilated penis". That word isn't exactly better either, it's harsh and there's no need for it if you're looking for a civil, level headed debate.

Recent press states that uncircumsized dicks have much higher rates of STDs of all kinds because of the tendency for germs to remain.
I'm cut and would not want it any other way. But no big deal either way.

Actually, what the studies in the press have claimed is that, in theory, intact penises could be more prone to such and such. As we know in the real world, nothing of the sort has manifested in places where circumcision has dropped dramatically over the past 40 years, like Australia, New Zealand and Canada. And when you compare the mostly-cut USA with rarely-cut Europe, it almost starts to look like the opposite is true. It's just as likely that the foreskin helps fight off or trap & neutralize many bacterial and viral infections, as other moist mucosal tissue on the body is known to do.

When a few teams of middle-aged, circumcised American researchers repeatedly announce that their models show that there ought to be publicly noticeable health differences between cut and uncut guys -- but there isn't -- reasonable folks can suspect something's wrong with the premise. It's time to jettison the stigma that intact guys are any less healthy than cut guys.

From my point of view, it is very simple

I was circumcised at birth.

I consider it healthy to accept and love myself for what and who I am, including having a circumcised penis.

I however consider circumcision equal to cosmetic surgery and being such, should only be the choice of an adult made concerning their own body and not made for a child by an adult.

Circumcision is surgical mutilation of a perfectly functioning part of the human body.

I however cannot change the past, so accept myself for who I am... circumcised penis and all.

Note: Many men claim that they want their son's penis to look like theirs, and hence decide to circumcise their son. If that is the case, why not take that idea to full completion and have other cosmetic surgical procedures performed on the child. I feel that type of argument only to be possible from a mind that is sufficiently egomaniacal to feel that is it justified to surgically remodel another human being's body in order for it to look like his own. And in cases such as that, perhaps the father (or both parents) need therapy.

If you're not happy with a decision that was made for you, you should get into therapy? You have a really weird definition of "mental illness."

No you have a weirdness. One that invites endless and endless rounds of constant whining. Exactly how long should whining be allowed? One year, 5 years, 10 years? A goddamn lifetime? Yes a lifetime yes that's the answer. A lifetime of unhappiness. Yes that's mental health a la Young Native.
