I'm the same as you patrick! I saw a doctor about them and it's just big sebaceous glands which are supposed to moisturize the skin under your penis so there is less friction between it and your scrotum.

But since we don't know what exactly yours look like, you should go see a doctor. He will help you much more than a forum.

I used a terry towel with Sea Breeze and water, and sometimes alcohol with water,

Don't alcohol and water both dry your skin?? If ur gonna do that I'd make sure you use some good lotion afterwards

Marley, yes, alcohol will dry skin. If one has oily skin -- as I did when younger -- drying it can be a good thing.

Before I was 30, lotion was out-of-the-question.
