I don't work out in a speedo, but working out with a friend on one of those reclined abdominal things for sit ups and crunches I got a boner. It was awkward and random. I did my best to hide it under my gym shorts. That went well. I have the same boner issue when I change my clothes. Even when I take a shower. Just spontaneous boner. I don't correlate that with my sexuality at all. Even though this is an old thread, and the original poster is most likely missing in action, don't let these people rag on you and your sexuality.

P.S. About being thin and wearing a speedo. I just think it all has to do with your body proportions. I don't like wearing speedos because I think my thighs look obese. Try one on. See how you feel. Can't help with the boner issue, I never get them easily in public, I found the larger my muscles became especially in my legs, a little more work was needed to fill my dick with blood.
