You have to look at it this way.

There are over 3.5 billion penises in the world.

What we see on the internet is the 1%(maybe higher). It is not an accurate representation of penis size. Porn capitalizes on the stereotype of big dicked black men. It reinforces the stereotype that black men are hung. The truth is, ethnicity has nothing to do with penis size. Will some ethnicity fall into different averages compared others? Yes. But what we can perceive is only what being advertised. The reliable scientific studies regarding penis size are still inadequate representation of the world. These studies usually include thousands of men, when there are over a billion adult men in the world. These studies show no proof that ethnicity has an effect on penis size.

Look at biology. The purpose of the penis is for reproduction. Women on average have a cervix length that measures 3 to 4 inches. Some when aroused can extend that length to up to 7 inches. These are facts. Lets face it, reproduction is necessary in the survival of a species. So men will have penises that correspond with female anatomy to optimize chances of reproduction.

The scientific average length of the penis is 5.5". Does that mean everyone will be this length nope. Penis size is based of human genetics. Over time, some men do develop larger than average penises. From my own experience black men don't have the monopoly on big dicks. However, I think your point and question is reasonable as per amateur videos.
