    WOW!
I'm inspired to exercise after this

John Stone was kind of pudgy and started exercising.
Took a picture of himself every day and made a time lapse video over the course of 365 days.

Just thought I'd mention that a lot of what he did was also probably diet or supplement related. Those couple things are crucial along with cardiovascular exercise and weight lifting.

That second link seems evil to me. Took awhile to get rid of it.

I've been a member of his site/forums for over three years now. A few weeks ago he did mention his initial transformation video and pics were making the rounds again (this happens periodically).

He's a really great guy and super down-to-earth. He openly admits that the way he looked during his initial fat loss phase was pretty dumb - the bleached hair, waaaaay over-tanned skin, the M&M's boxers . He's come a looooooong way in the 6½ years since he started.

The person who mentioned that a lot of it was diet is right. Diet is 80% of what you do to your body. Weightlifting is important (and fun :biggrin1:), but it's useless if you don't have a good, solid diet in place. He also has pretty good genetics, so the way he looks these days usually has people crying "steroids!!!111", since modern society has made people so utterly ignorant of diet, exercise, and the human body in general - what it's capable of, how it works, etc. Most people today are so totally misinformed and miseducated about proper eating habits and weightlifting nowadays...it's really sad :frown1:.
