Uh, are you sober? That was a great rendition of the song sung by a great singer there, Hellskitchenman.

Actually I was doing some work and listening to a radio talk show and it dawned on me that
    a) I have to stop listening to these shows
    b) I'm sick of hearing about the president, health care and anything politics. I need a break from it.
    c) I needed to hear something that sparked a better attitude in me. That song helps.
    d) No talk shows or newspapers this weekend!

Why don't you try living in a country with no civil liberties and report back to us how badly things suck here.

    Offers you a mulligan.

Last I checked.... Mexican and Canadian immigration is about 1/40th as busy as the US, and for good reason.

As a friend of mine found out Canada at least has the good sense to turn people away at the border if they're trying to move there.

A lot, in fact.... too many ppl that hold other countries economic/govt model up high, don't realize they "control" their population (nee employment, racial makeup) via tough immigration policies.... last I checked the US pretty much takes all comers...

No, I don't want Canadian healthcare (sorry, Hells).

Faceking is right about immigration. People want to come here!

In so some ways, we just do things better here, no matter how unpatriotic I can be at times. This is coming from someone who's lived in a few different countries (Australia, Britain, and France).

It's quite easy to sometimes think the world has gone completely mad. Did you hear that the Taliban cut the fingers off two women who voted in their election?!!!!
    See what I mean!

    A-men on that.

Nothing wrong with media deprivation. People get paid to bring people down. It is a job to these peeps. Don't make it your job to tune into the downers that people are paid to spin.

I don't listen to anything news related. I watch Comedy Central, The Food Network, SyFy Network and SpikeTV.

Well, you don't have to have a digital music weekend only. You can look at a lot of things just don't bother with any channel that gives you "news reporting". I watch DVDs. Watch channels that have some education benefit topic...like The DIY Channel...fun to watch. Martha Stewart Show. Or something that stimulates the mind. Even Comedy Central.

Well on the business-side of things as far as your business is concerned, please do not form your biz as a sole-proprietorship...even though it is easy to form...you assume all risk and when people sue you--they can go for you and all of your assets.

But if you form a limited-liability company or corporation...people can't sue you personally...but can only sue or go for the assets that you put into the company.
With regard to names, you can do research to see if you have the same name for your biz as another...which can be trouble if they are the same. So check your state's Secretary website. And you can find out information on the different business formations and formats on there.
