Lexington Steele has smaller balls and a ~9.5" shaft and his cumshots are often very good (especially compared to those of other black performers). He shoots it out fast and in big bursts; there's often so much force behind it it'll go flying up into the air and miss the girl.

Nope, no correlation, just like breast size has little to do with how much milk they can produce when lactating.

We small-dicked fellows shoot a lot, real fast, and for long distances.

The fluid component of man juice is related with seminal vesicles and prostate,
so the ball size has nothing to do with the volume.

Well, some of it is produced in the testicles, but I think that prostate capacity is what determines volume of ejaculate, along with level of hydration, and propensity to produce the various components, which is in part genetic but varies with age, nutrition, and other factors. How far someone shoots is determined by the strength, shapes, and locations of the muscles surround the urethra/prostate, I think.
