Have you ever experienced an accident while involved with anal sex! My friend told me the other day he and a his partner where in bed, the bed was a loft bed and while they were going at it pretty good the bed collapsed. Bruised and sore but not really hurt. They were lucky. Have experienced anything from my friends story to someone letting a bowl movement happen?

Had a good friend who lost a dildo up his ass. It slipped inside and it wouldn’t come out. He waited a few days but it was stuck. Being an MD he called me and I took him to a friend’s clinic for some after hours moonlighting - couldn’t resist the pun. We were about to give up when I was finally able to get it to come loose.
He was mortified but at least he didn’t have to use his PCP or the ER.

I couldn't even imagine going to the hospital and having to 1) explain and then 2) go through a procedure to have it removed.

I'm willing to bet he uses a different design now, ie., ones that have a base to them.

Talk to a few docs who’ve been around and boy are there some stories to be told. Residency in the ER of a large city allowed for some interesting situations. You cannot shock a dr. If something can be inserted into the body, someone has tried it, and someone had to get the damn thing out. Lol
Never hesitate to share a concern with your PCP. Regardless of how silly or embarrassing you may think it will be.
And yes, those with a base are certainly preferred over the simple cylinder style.
