Apart from my flippant response I gave a step by step process for getting ready for deep anal / fisting. The thread is "Prep for receptive anal". You should probably start with him going down on you and moving down to your ass. He'll need to spend a significant time there, moving from tongue to fingers.

I suggest a silicone lube as a little goes a long way. Use a small dildo to start opening up. When thats going in and out smoothly, switch to a second one in between the first one and his dick size. (It may also be helpful to soak the dildos in 100 degree water so they feel "authentic".
