This series of comments show what you truly are. You have zero credibility here.
Apparently it’s easier/smarter to believe absolutely nothing than anything by the “MSM”.

*At last. Reform Begins*:

Minneapolis, California Move to End Police Neck Restraints
https://www.usnews.com/news/us/articles/2020-06-05/california-moves-to-end-state-police-use-of-carotid-restraint#:~:text=In a proposed court order,of force by an officer.

Article Excerpt:
The Minneapolis City Council on Friday voted to end use of chokeholds and neck restraints like that used by a white police officer who pressed his knee into the neck of unarmed black man George Floyd on May 25, sparking coast-to-coast protests.

In California, Governor Gavin Newsom said he would end state police training in carotid restraints similar to the technique used on Floyd by former Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin while three officers stood by and watched as Floyd died after pleading for his life.

Newsom said he supports legislation to ban use of the technique in local police departments throughout California.
"At the end of the day the carotid hold is literally designed to stop people's blood from flowing into their brain," Newsom said. "That has no place any longer."

Many police departments have ended the use of so-called chokeholds, which put pressure on a detainee's windpipe, but have still allowed carotid restraints.

More Police Brutality manifested in this horrific May 30, 2020 incident in Georgia:
Our System Is Corroded: Carol Anderson on Rampant Police Violence and Assault on Voting Rights | Democracy Now!
Excerpt:
AMY GOODMAN:
Arrest warrants have been issued for six Atlanta police officers after they tased two Black college students, dragging them from their car for allegedly violating the city’s curfew Saturday night. One officer was filmed smashing the window of the car. Another slashed the car’s tires. Two of the officers have already been fired. The victims were a 20-year-old Spelman College student, Taniyah Pilgrim, and 22-year-old Morehouse College student Messiah Young, who suffered a fractured wrist, needed 24 stitches, had a tase in his body for something like five hours after they shot him. This is Pilgrim and Young speaking Tuesday.

TANIYAH PILGRIM: I hope every police officer who thinks it’s OK to drag someone, beat someone, do all this stuff because they’re cops — I hope they’re all going to be held accountable, as well.

MESSIAH YOUNG: I feel a little safer now that these monsters are off of the street and no longer able to terrorize anyone else from this point on. So, I think, moving forward, we just need to — like Ms. Pilgrim said, we just need to make sure that all officers are held accountable and that there really is change moving forward within the culture of policing.

https://www.usnews.com/news/us/arti...ficers-charged-after-students-pulled-from-car

The Saturday night incident first gained attention from video online and on local news. Throughout, the couple can be heard screaming and asking officers what is happening.
Five of the officers are charged with aggravated assault against the two students. One is charged with criminal damage for breaking the car's windows.

Whatever actions are necessary????????????????

The repeated show of this image only inflames people. Just as when terrorist flew planes into the twin towers. News media quit showing those images because it was inflaming to Americans.

Tragic as it is the image is inflammatory the media knows it. You know it, we all know it.
What happened to Mr. Floyd was awful.

What's perplexing is why the person videoing it, hasn't been charged along with the police officers. That person should be charged because they stood there and did absolutely nothing to help save the life of their fellow American. All they were interested in was videoing what the police were doing. They are just as guilty.

I'll go further, as long as people prefer to label themselves there will be problems. I'm an American, before I am anything else I am an American. The color of my skin doesn't change the fact that I was born in America

When we as a society can let go of labels and become united as Americans instead of classifying ourselves with added racist labels there will always be racist issues.

I am a native born American. So is anyone else who was born in this country, regardless of what color their skin is. Quit classifying yourself as something other than an American.

If people were interested in justice they'd be dropping labels that divides them into groups. But that wouldn't get people watching the news or inflaming people would it. Gotta get their attention some how by any means possible.

To the horror I’m sure of confederates, their admirers and those sympathetic to them....

London (CNN)Activists filled public spaces in huge numbers for the second consecutive weekend to commemorate the death of George Floyd and demand an end to systemic racism -- staging "die-ins" outside US embassies and even tearing down a statue of a former slave trader in the British town of Bristol.

In London, Rome, Madrid, Warsaw, Sydney, Hong Kong and countless other cities, protesters packed streets that have laid deserted for months to tell governments around the world that "Black Lives Matter."

Yes. Videotaping and broadcasting this disgraceful incident not only gave clear evidence of police misdeeds but also served as the catalyst needed to spur nationwide BLM protests, worldwide BLM protests and punishment for police misconduct. Sadly President Trump favors increased police brutality and misjustice over adherence to the U.S. constitution and rule of law .

Congress Introduces the Justice and Policing Act: Jun. 8, 2020:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/democrats-knee-us-congress-george-floyd-tribute-154636468.html

Excerpt:
Nancy Pelosi and other senior Democratic leaders, accompanied by members of the Black Congressional Caucus, said their bill aimed to create "meaningful, structural change that safeguards every Americans' right to safety and equal justice."
The legislation seeks to "end police brutality, hold police accountable, improve transparency in policing," a statement said.

The "Justice and Policing Act," which introduced in both chambers of Congress, would make it easier to prosecute officers and rethink how they are recruited and trained.

Its chances of passage in the Senate, where Republicans hold the majority, is highly uncertain.

In stark contrast with the legislators's pro-police reform actions, Donald Trump called for greater police violence to be meted upon peaceful pro-police reform protesters - and his evil desire was enacted:

Police Violence Against Protesters Results in More Deaths and Severe Injuries: June 8, 2020: Excerpt:
Police Violence Against Protesters Results in More Deaths and Severe Injuries | Democracy Now!
In Columbus, Ohio, an investigation has been launched into the death of 22-year-old protester Sarah Grossman, who died soon after getting pepper-sprayed at a protest. This comes as reports of police violence against protesters continue to pile up...

In Indiana, 21-year-old Balin Brake lost his right eye after a police officer fired a tear gas canister directly into his face at protest in Fort Wayne. In Texas, 26-year-old Brandon Saenz lost his left eye and seven teeth, and fractured his skull, after a Dallas police officer shot him in the face at close range with an unknown projectile.

In La Mesa, California, 59-year-old grandmother Leslie Furcron was filming a Facebook Live video of a protest when she was shot between the eyes by a bean bag round fired by police. Furcron was hospitalized in an ICU and placed in a medically induced coma.

Buffalo Police Assaulted a 75-Year-Old Longtime Peace Activist, Now Trump Is Attacking Him Too | Democracy Now! Summary:
In a video recorded by a bystander June 4, 2020, that's been viewed by millions of people, 75-year-old peace activist Martin Gugino was seen being violently shoved to the ground by two Buffalo N.Y. police officers. Gugino, who suffered a fractured skull and brain injury, was left on the ground as dozens of officers walked by, not one stopped to help him, as blood seeped from his head on the pavement. After widespread outrage, the two officers were charged with felony assault on June 6, 2020.

Headlines for June 10, 2020 | Democracy Now! June 10, 2020:Excerpts:

NYPD Officer Charged over Assault That Left Peaceful Protester Hospitalized

In New York, NYPD officer Vincent D’Andraia has been charged with assault, criminal mischief, harassment and menacing, after video showed him violently shoving a peaceful protester to the ground as he shouted an expletive and a misogynistic slur. Twenty-year-old Dounya Zayer suffered a seizure and was hospitalized with a concussion after the May 29, 2020 attack.

San Jose Police Anti-Bias Trainer Shot in Groin by San Jose Police

In San Jose, California, police shot their own anti-bias trainer in the groin, rupturing his testicle with a rubber-coated bullet, as he tried to deescalate tension between police and protesters at a May 29, 2020 demonstration. Doctors say 27-year-old Derrick Sanderlin, who is African American, may never be able to father children.

The person filming it was a young black girl, there is no way on this Earth a black girl could fight off the cops and have lived let alone done anything to save Floyd's life.

The outrageous suggestions of post #66 would be made by someone with as little regard for human life as Chauvin and his police cohorts had for Mr. Floyd IMO. I would never in my wildest dreams suggest one not video record the proceedings, take on armed policemen, risk injury and death and ultimately be at the mercy of a criminal justice system which, in the absence of video evidence, would side with the police's version of events - even when fabricated to pin the blame on civilian "interlopers". And this would happen too: Interfering with Police / Resisting Arrest | Fairfield County Crime Lawyer

AG Barr defends his black-clad secret police force: It’s OK they ‘wouldn’t want to talk to people about who they were’
The peaceful protesters are to encounter (and have encountered) plain clothes officers, Bill Barr's unidentifiable federal police, regular police officers and violent counter-protesters. Bearing the former factors in mind it makes perfect sense to film any subsequent events to determine who was in the wrong when someone is injured or killed - as in the horrid incidents of post#76.

Not only are the police committing physical acts of misconduct during protests, for all to see, they are also concocting deranged lies and bizarre claims about the protests:
Cops’ Most Deranged Lies and Bizarre Claims About the Protests
^^Article Excerpt
As protests over racial justice and police brutality unfold across the country, police departments are taking to social media to tell their side of the story. The trouble is, they’re frequently wrong—yet in spite of this they still want people to believe they are in the right and use the fact that people in authority tend to believe them to their advantage. This article shows a smattering of the most impactful, egregious, or just plain weird fibs, panicky projections, falsehoods, or exaggerations about protests to come from cops, their spokespeople, and their unions in recent weeks.

*A step towards Police Reform achieved in New York State*

In a Historic Victory, Governor Cuomo Signs Repeal of 50-A Into Law
In a Historic Victory, NY Governor Cuomo Signs Repeal of 50-A Into Law
Article Excerpt:
The bill for repeal of 50-a passed the legislature on June 9, 2020. On June 12, 2020 New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the repeal into law - prior to this action New York's section 50-a allowed law enforcement to shield police misconduct records from the public. These disciplinary records will now be publicly disclosed, increasing systemic accountability through transparency and taking New York one step forward to addressing police violence in our communities.

"This is an enormous step forward for police accountability in New York State. At a time when New Yorkers have taken to the streets in the midst of a global pandemic to voice the need for police accountability and racial justice, this is a welcome development,” said Rebecca Brown, policy director for the Innocence Project. “It is our strong hope that now that the veil that had shielded police misconduct from public view has been lifted, countless injustices, including wrongful convictions, can be prevented. This is only one ingredient of authentic accountability but it is the first, crucial step, in bringing some justice to a system that previously prevented it.”

The recent death of George Floyd and worldwide uprising has underscored the need and demand for police misconduct to be made public record. It has been widely reported that Derek Chauvin, the police officer who killed Floyd in Minneapolis was later found to have had 18 complaints previously filed against him, including the use of excessive force and violence. In addition, one of the other officers charged who stood by as Floyd cried out for help but did not intervene also had numerous complaints lodged against him.

*And In North Carolina Systemic Racism rears its ugly head*

NC Police Dept. Fires Officers Caught on Tape Discussing “Slaughtering” Black Residents
https://www.democracynow.org/2020/6/26/headlines
June 26, 2020 Article Excerpt:

In Wilmington, North Carolina, three veteran police officers have been fired for misconduct after accidentally recording themselves talking about killing Black residents. One officer said, “We are just going to go out and start slaughtering” them — using the N-word to describe Black people. He went on to say, “I can’t wait. God, I can’t wait.” The same officer said he felt society needed a civil war to “wipe them off the f—ing map.” The department learned about the comments after the officers accidentally recorded their own phone conversations in a patrol car. The firings were announced by the city’s new police chief, Donny Williams, the first African American to ever hold the position. He just took the post June 22, 2020.
