so he's probably just trying to play it safe in case he accidentally comes in contact with someone who has it. especially considering how much him and max travel, it's smart to get the vaccine when possible

Sure, it makes sense for a lot of people to get it. The first people who are offered it however, are not those who travel a lot, or vets, it is men who have sex with men and had multiple/anonymous sexual partners, people who have been exposed, and medical personnel who work with the disease. People can lie and get it sure, but like it seems pretty obvious to me why you would want to be one of the first people in the US to get the vaccine. No judgement open is great hope they're having fun.
