My erections have always pointed almost straight out from my body, never up near my stomach. There is enough flexibility in movement that Missionary position is no problem at all, and it is ideal for doggie style! When the woman is in top, she can be upright and 'pile drive' or lean forward for more contact. I cannot move it too far to the left or right,
but up and down there is some room for movement.
