It'd come as no surprise that Ms. Thomas, a conservative activist, keynote speaker at Tea Party rallies, and founder of a group called Liberty Central (which opposes according to her "the leftist tyranny of the Obama administration and congressional Democrats" -how's that for judicial impartiality?) would (in typical right winged historic revisionism) try something like this; though one wonders who really put her up to it.

But, hey, maybe if they puts heads together (no pun intended) with some of the textbook revisionists in the Texan legislature, they might manage rewriting references to certain parts of the testimony to read "hi yo Silver".

There was never any doubt in my mind that Ms Hill was completely sincere and honest in her testimony. IMO, Thomas is a stain on SCOTUS, much like Justice Scalia. We'll be stuck with them for decades.

Not unless the US Senate grows a pair of balls and impeaches Thomas for perjury. As I see it, the guy lied under oath when he denied all the sexual harassment charges. Well, fat chance the Senate will ever get some courage.

Clarence Thomas's ex-girlfriend recently came forward to say some interesting things about him. According to Ms. Lillian McEwen, Thomas "was always actively watching the women he worked with to see if they could be potential partners." He also apparently asked women he worked with about their bra sizes. Ms. McEwen goes on to say, "He was obsessed with porn. He would talk about what he had seen in magazines and films, if there was something worth noting."

Now Liberty Central, Ms. Thomas's organization, is trying to cover their tracks on a memo previously attributed to the justice's wife which challenges the constitutionality of health care reform. Obviously her position on this, as the wife of a Chief Justice, has the potential of raising conflict of interest charges should this issue come before the Court.

Anita. For those who want to impugn her, just ask yourself what law school would not have discussed Roe v. Wade during that time period? Thomas alleges he did not. Perhaps he was too busy watching Long Dong to bother with any issue concerning women's rights.

Asking a person who was preyed upon to apologize to their predator, simply because the predator happens to be your "main piece". Mmm, classy.

I wonder if Mrs. Thomas asked the same "courtesy" of an apology from her husband. You know, for breaking the bond of their marital trust, embarrassing her, all that other shit? Oh, but that would mean admitting that your husband may very well have been (or still be) a douchebag who enjoys sexually harrassing the women with whom he worked.
