"Using his various companies, [Prince] procured and distributed various weapons, including unlawful weapons such as sawed off semi-automatic machine guns with silencers, through unlawful channels of distribution." With testimony like that, I expect that the witnesses will be ripped apart during cross-examination.

The former employee also alleges that Prince "views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe," and that Prince's companies "encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life."

These allegations, and a series of other charges, are contained in sworn affidavits, given under penalty of perjury, filed late at night on August 3 in the Eastern District of Virginia as part of a seventy-page motion by lawyers for Iraqi civilians suing Blackwater for alleged war crimes and other misconduct.

yea, dude, a lawyer working for Muslim clients -- really credible

an open and shut case! [insert sarcasm smiley here]

Blackwater Founder Implicated in Murder...... thank you George W. Bush for Christian rent a soldiers.

excuse me, what does this have to do with the "GOP"?

this is a civil suit, against a private security company, who, if the allegations are true, acted outside the law...

how is this a "GOP Sideshow"? pray tell?

despite the campaign contributions of Prince being overwhelmingly Republican, the outsourcing of operations to private security operations is a bipartisan agreement, openly tolerated, encouraged and supported.

you may be familiar (doubtful, considering your track record), with the fact that in 2007, legislation was introduced in the House called the SOS (Stop Outsourcing Security) Act.

it gained a handful of supporters in the house, and only two in the senate.

lest you were under any impression of this being the usual good guy/ bad guy routine, it is important to note, that Blackwater was formed during, authorized by, and recieved its first government contracts, from the Clinton Administration...

as Democratic Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, the author of the 2007 SOS Act, said "Even under the Clinton Administration, this was a standard operating procedure"

hundreds of private security firms are in the employ of governments all over the world.

Man, you beat me to all the good ones.

But you missed one: Obama's Circus is still using contactors. So, I guess we can thank the quasi-Muslim president for Christian soldiers.

Additionally, I guess is better that the fighters be hired by the government and paid almost nothing and sent out with second rate gear (thanks for cancelling the F-22 btw) instead of work with a private company that actually tries to keep them alive and pay them very well.

it got you to whine did'nt it and if that is not a gop sideshow i don't know what is.

why, if the GOP was responsible for all this stuff, would they want attention called to it? A sideshow would be to distract people from an issue...this, focuses people's attention on exactly what you claim they would want to avoid.

please leave the discussion to people who are smarter than you...i.e. everyone else.

don't pay any attention to him...he is a fool. He was the one who a couple of months ago said that Berkshire-Hathaway needed a bailout.

you are not dealing with an intellectual when you deal with Hout.

did he really?

maybe he was thinking BRKB and not BRKA.... you know they're like two different companies n' stuff...
