I haven't had cable in ages but I used to love the X files while David Duchovney was still on, Law and Order (all of them), CSI, Homicide-Life on the Streets, OZ, Sopranos, basically anything with a lot of dead people.

Carnivale was amazing, but I only saw the first season, is it still on?

Favorite tv show of all time, even though I only saw it after it was over was Twin Peaks.

Jana, Carnivale was apparently a one-shot deal. They are showing repeats on HBO this year. I was mesmerized by that show.

Funny you should mention Twin Peaks. I've suddenly realized that you are the Log Lady!!!!!

Hey, I loved the funky, freaky vibe and oddball pacing of that one too!

yes - Eva Longoria and I were at TAMU-K at the same time. She was real popular with banners all over the campus, something along the lines of "Vote Eva for Homecoming Queen".

Woah - the longer I've been here, the more the impression that I should have attended college full-time sinks in - so many interesting things to go on there. But now you have to tell me more about Eva's college days - behind Teri Hatcher, she's my second-favorite actress on DH.

I'm not sure that I ever met her though. She and I had completely different lifestyles and friends.

Too bad, thought I was on to some juicy college girl details. But ah, you can't get it all, all the time.

From the pre-Desperate Housewives area, I enjoyed watching LAX. Anyone else has ever seen it?

Definitely the Family Guy,
but my all time favorite is Babylon 5
[post=341673]Quoted post[/post]
With some ups and some downs, "The Simpsons" is definitely the best ever. I'm also a big B5 fan, nice to actually find another!!!

Yes, there are not alot of us, but we're everywhere.

I know that men don't cry, but I did when Sheridan died.
Or mabey it was allergies.

Thanks to DMW, Jana and Pecker - I'm hooked on Carnivale. I rented the DVDs from Netflix out of curiousity and it's now like a drug and I'm waiting for my next hit.

Also, after a little research, I found that HBO definitely only produced 2 seasons. They felt that the end of Season 2 tied up the story pretty well and didn't think a 3rd season was necessary. I can't find a release date for Season 2 yet.

Come to me, and you won't feel so left-alone anymore - I haven't seen it yet either. Plus, on MSNBC they rated it as one of the outdating TV shows.

Hey folks, I was just wondering what everyone else's faves are cos I just recently splashed out* on all of the episodes of the X-Files and Family Guy. And right now, Family Guy is my fave TV show, probably one of the funniest TV shows ever created says little ol' me :dunce:

*"splashed out" as in spent money on, nothing erotic.
[post=341606]Quoted post[/post]

Right Now my fave is Judging Amy!

Red Dwarf (BBC sci-fi comedy) and House. Love me some Brits.

And for the Twin Peaks fans, Lenny Von Dohlen (David Lynch stock actor and hotter than hell with those ice-blue eyes) was a guest in the top-rated RD ever.
