I don't know that they make biodegradable ones but we could all recycle them, they would make very good ice pops if you filled them with fruit juice and froze them, they could be used as cucumber covers to stop your cucumber getting cold, or they could be used as improvisational water carriers if you found yourself stranded in the desert.

Wash them out first.
