it's not that uncommon for adult men to be sexual towards young girls. and hollywood definitely pushes that to a whole new level.
plenty of times i've heard men in their 20s, almost 30s, talk sexually about under 18 girls.
yeah, our age of consent here is like 14, but that's mostly to mean the government sees those people are old enough to engage in sexual activity with others their age. it doesn't mean men in their 20s can be drooling over a highschooler just because she's pretty or has big tits.
his behavior is unfortunately very normal among men, and gay men aren't excluded. if you've been here long enough, then you've witnessed some people mentioning they couldn't wait for a certain celebrity to turn 18. yeah, they're waiting for them to be of legal age, but that also means they were waiting whilst they were underage and lusting after them.
it's a societal issue that maybe will never get properly fixed, because it might've become too normalized at this point. and obviously women will do similar stuff as well, they're just not as vocal about it, especially online.
