Shows the woman rocking back and forth, back arched, leaning slightly back, grinding deep. The guy's length and maintained rigidness indicates to me that he is rubbing one of the deepspots.

I'm pretty sure he's rubbing the deep front wall (anterior), but what's your opinion?

Many of the women I've been with have leaned back and arched during cowgirl (anterior) towards the end. It is definately a more shallow position that may not completely fit a large penis, but if it stimulates your woman, it is more than worth it for both.

I don't think you can know. The guy's penis shape and the woman's position might suggest the anterior fornix but there are considerable variations in vaginal anatomy including shape that have been demonstrated with MRI imaging: Baseline dimensions of the human vagina

The position of the uterus can also vary from fully anteverted to fully retroverted. I would think that vaginal shape and the position of the uterus would have to play a role in where the end of the penis winds up.

There have also been a limited number of MRI images done of couples engaging in intercourse. This study involved eight couples: Magnetic resonance imaging of male and female genitals during coitus and female sexual arousal | BMJ

Despite the fact that us guys like to think of our erections being "rock hard" or "like iron", this study provided evidence that during intercourse the erect penis had the capacity to make an angle of up to 120 degrees to the root of the penis.

This study involved only one couple who engaged in sex (purely in the interest of scientific advancement, mind you) in an MRI tube in both the missionary and rear entry positions: http://www-psych.stanford.edu/~knutson/ans/faix02.pdf

Various 'sexperts' had postulated that the penis preferentially contacted the posterior fornix in both the missionary and rear entry positions. For this couple, in the missionary position the man's penis "took the shape of a boomerang" with an angle between the root of the penis and the pendulous (external) portion of 110 degrees, with the glans tenting the anterior fornix 4 cm above the cervix.

In the rear entry position there was "preferential contact of posterior wall of the vagina and probably with the posterior fornix as well as the rectum through the vaginal wall". The penis had roughly the same shape and angle (100 degrees) as in missionary.

The conclusion I draw is that the little fucker doesn't always head in the direction you send it.

I will say that all of the relatively few women I have had sex with who orgasmed just about 100% of the time without direct clitoral stimulation all tended to fuck me exactly like the woman in the video demonstrated.

Redbear52, I loved your references and where your mind was going with this. Exactly the type of answer I was looking for. I believe one piece of the puzzle almost never mentioned in terms of where "the little fucker" ends up is how the woman's pubic bone (I think it's called the pubic symphisis) imposes itself on the guy's shaft. If she's bent low towards him, the bone presses down on the shaft leading the glans more towards the posterior wall. If she's arched back, the bone almost has no force on the shaft and her top wall (anterior) gets more rubbing.
