I use food supplements for my skin, here is the list of what I consume per day:
Cod liver oil
Vitamin D3
vitamin C
Glycine powder
Glutamine powder
Zinc powder
I plan to invest in a light therapy at home and a good skipping rope...

My 88 year old Grandmother used Preparation H for years and years. Had beautiful smooth skin and no wrinkles.
A few years ago they eliminated Shark Oil from the product and she said it was now worthless. She makes her own but said it's a bitch to find Shark Oil anymore.
Uses her own mix of Vit. E. D. C. and smashes a Shark for its oil.
She still has great skin.
And before you ask she never had Hemorrhoids on her face.

Yes, Nivea is great. There used to be a brand, called Ombra; however, I have not seen it in years. Any good pharmacy, drug store or skin care counter will let you sample a cream. Do so. You can find one that works best for you.

I also use these creams as a pre-shave lubricant. Than, after having applied it, I shave. After I add another layer of cream to my shaven face.

it has no other action than to moisturize the skin... it doesn't prevent skin decay...

Hello Ladies

I was hoping to garner some advice, regarding anti aging products—specifically night and day creams.
My skin type is a combination of sorts—Oily ( T zone) and dry around the cheek area etc
One other issue is eye cream, can't seem to find anything that hides dark circles...suggestions?

My sister suggested Biotherm blue therapy products. I am not concerned with price point —rather just want something that works. ( See pic)

Before this turns into a comedy skit and shit show of the oh, not so famous bunch at the peanut gallery ....

I tend use and alternate between the products of SKINN and Prai. They seem to have a vast range, although Prai is a bit heavy on the skin if you have a tendency to break out. Prai is probably not for the ones that have oily skin to begin with.

For the body, legs and arms... I use bio oil and E45 cream. I don't have any skin issues, but I just like the way it feels and enriches my skin.

I don't like, nor wear sunscreen unless it's absolutely necessary. Therefore I injest a concentrated amount of tomatoes..... yes, I said tomatoes lol. It's not for the faint heated and I must say, that it should never be a substitute for sunscreen . I always lather my little ones in sunscreen. There has been a study on the ability of the tomatoes ability to block the sun UV rays.

Not really. Yet...take this into account. If it were not for the opposite sex, we would have become a dormant species 200,000 years ago.At some point, sex, taste, scent got us to this point.........where to from here?

So, ingest as many secretions of the opposite sex you can....we would be long gone without each other....wouldn't you agree?

Ideas on moving forward are welcome.

I am finally starting to notice the early signs of laugh lines etc around the corner of my eye and while it doesn't really bother me, I'm already doing stuff to the rest of my face, may as well add eye treatment too.

I don't use eye cream because according to Dr. Dray it's useless.
