It doesn't take long to find a billion resources online all about how to use Kegels to get erections whenever you want them. There are detailed sites with all kinds of tips about what muscles to isolate and so on. But for the flip side, when look for how to make an erection go away, the only real advice out there on the internet is "go pee" or "think about something else." Shouldn't there be some other sort of muscular trick to making the erection subside? It seems to me that if you can cause one with your muscles, you ought to be able to do the reverse. Any ideas?

I have to admit, I haven't had this problem in a while, but I do remember it quite well. The muscular exercise I used to do was to take the muscles in my right hand and forearm and use them to apply force and friction to my swollen erection. After a certain amount of effort (and eruption), my erection would subside. That's my prescription. Repeat as necessary.

(And, yes, I did eventually learn to use my left hand as well.)
