No, there's a trick to viewing videos on this site if you're not a paid member (a trick fully authorized by the site admins, so no worries). There are certain times you can refresh the page with the video and it will be playable. It used to be any time the time ended in a 3 or 7, now it's 3 and something else that seems to vary from user to user.
So, like it's almost 6:13 for me, so if I pull up that video when it is 6:13 (so the time ends in a 3) then the video will be playable (until the page is refreshed or closed).

Yes. I was believing they were real until I saw someone saying they weren’t and now I’m on doubt.

They seem pretty legit, the conversations don't sound staged at all, so it's pretty well done if it is fake. The only thing what makes me think it is staged that he uncensors the people he's filmed. I can imagine that for example the farmer would be happy to be outed this way.
