don't ask me why, but I am almost sure that this is the right place where I can find an answer to this medical-scientific question:
What are the health risks connected with the practice of anilingus?
I'm talking about 'clean' oro-anal sex between two people that perfectly know each other, so please avoid answers related to HIV or hepatitis infection.
what's your experience about it?

There s a correlation between analingus and Hepatitis A. Hep A is spread via the oral/fecal route. However there is a vaccine against Hep A. Requires 2 injections 6 months apart. Any sexually active adult should be vaccinated against Hep A and B.

There is no risk for HIV infection from analingus...period.

Hepatitis A & B are no joke. When I was 19 I was sick for over five months with HepB, probably from eating (presumably clean) ass.

Parasites are also a real risk.
