Not that the most of you need it!!

I'm on the smaller side and started just about 3 weeks ago.

Any advice or comments?

i started for 2 weeks and then went on vacation for 11 days and now im starting back up with the PE. its too early to tell but do search this forum, Big Al has a really good thread that will get you started.
