The Blue Lagoon was sneaked previewed in Denver just before it's offical release. One of the major complaints the lucky people that got to see it was there was too much nudity. The movie was re-edited. Often wished they would do a collector's edition and put it back in.

Even though this thread is about the movies of the 80s, Andrew Stevens had a hot cameo in the movie from the 70s Shampoo. He was wearing a towel after getting out of a hot tub.

Shannon Presby (man) - The New Kids w Lori Loughlin, James Spader, Eric Stoltz

Horrible, horrible movie. I wish I could get those 2 hours back. I didn't realize that Loughlin, Spader, and Stolz were in it, probably because it was before they got famous. But I do rememeber Shannon Presby (who played the brother, Loren--what's his deal being a guy with girl's names?) being very cute. Alas, that was his last movie. There's a scene in the beginning of the movie where his dad wakes him up in the morning and says something like "What's the matter, did you wack off too much last night?" That stupid line kind got to me because a) I had just recently discovered masturbation and was beating off several times a night, and b) I couldn't help imagining Loren masturbating, which was almost enough to distract me from the rest of that horrible film.

A hard to find film called GIMME AN F has an amazing very long shower strip scene with a guy in his wet briefs doing gymnastics. I don't remember his name but he was hot!

In the mid to late 70s, the San Francisco Conservatory Theater put on a rendition of The Taming of the Shrew on PBS that was very slapstick and very physical. I thought it was quite well done and quite hilarious. Petruccio was a big muscular guy and in one scene he literally threw the woman playing Kate from one arm to the other without her feet ever touching the ground- and while she wasn't big, she wasn't small and petite, either. When Bo Derek's Tarzan came out, I really thought he was the same guy. Maybe not, but he sure could have played his brother.

There's a movie from 1987 that I own called He's My Girl that starred hot French star David Hallyday. It was sort of a Tootsie redux, and David had obvious VPL in just about every scene, including the cover art...

I actually saw that on TV when I was a teenager. Let's just say that it was quite a treat for a young gay man to see so much incredible male flesh. I especially loved the scene where he's unconscious after rescuing her from some wild animal (was it a snake?) and she's exploring his body, gingerly touching his face, his belly, his thigh... Yes, he had wonderful legs.

At the time, he was very much the type of man I was attracted to. My tastes have changed as I've gotten older, and when I look at him now I think his face is too angular, almost harsh looking. But that body still gets me turned on after all these years, even after seeing pics and vids of thousands of actors, models, and porn stars.

Vincent Van Patten was actually another favorite. He did back then remind of Zabka. I always they were the same people...:biggrin1: but seriously cute, nonethless. They almost look like twins. I would have done both of them. But I was seriously into both red heads, dark-haired guys, and hot blondes.

Vince Van Patten and Billy Zabka are both still around. Vince does commentating for TV Poker shows, and appears at casinos. (His commentating is god-awful). Billy is acting on a TV show called Cobra Kai, along withn his old Karate Kid costar Ralph Macchio. I don't get Netflix, so I haven't seen any episodes.
