I have been to South East Asia a few times. Malaysia, Indonesia, HongKong, Phillipines ,Thailand, Singapore . In my experience the woman there are smaller and can be quite shocked when they see a biggish one.

Don't know about the food or especially any animals, but I have seen my share of porn with Asian women in them.
