I also am a "big guy" in multiple respects. I am 6&#39;4" and about 210-215 lbs. That is lean muscle, just for the record, not fat that makes up that weight. I am a rower and am involed in a lot of athletic activities, so the physical size comes in handy. The other significant size comes in handy, too, but that is another story...

I am in this group too. I am 6&#39;4" 245lbs, my weight is spread pretty evenly, though i do have pretty big legs, was a high jumper and linemen in highschool I could also free squat about 450lbs.
