Basically fina upregulates TGF receptors. TGF is responbile for the laying down of tough collagen (type I collagen) a process known as fibrosis.
Some chemical PEers use DHT cream (andractim) for a month then fina for a month to upregulate angrogen receptors but I think that the fina will cause them to produce too much tough collagen in the tunica and ligs that new growth will be nearly impossible. I think that anyone taking andractim should just take a month or two off.
