TSA = Thousands Standing Around, seriously though, that's a list of people that do business with the company you intend to work for. TSA is the Federal Govt. airport security after 9/11/2001. They need a comprehensive and current listing of anyone that requires to be escorted to deliver the items that the company sells that is contracted by that company and not the airport. Your duty is to prepare, maintain and fax deliver that list to TSA & Marketplace (which is the area within the airport that all types of businesses operate, like a mall, the airport is separate from TSA and that is maintained as separate from what airlines do business there). That shouldn't be a difficult task, you simply take the most recent one and as you remove/add others to the list, fax that to provided phone numbers.
Why ? TSA needs to screen for potential terrorist threats. Also, people not only get hired but also fired. Sometimes the "fired" ones become a little less than enamored with their former employers and work places. Well, you get the picture, before you know it, the airport food court/shopping mezzanines become a shooting gallery. It happens at churches, the airport is no more sacred.

The change bags and IBI, that's the money thing as another alluded to. That'll be the money in the cash register at the end of every shift. You'll start every shift with so much in the register and at the end of the shift that needs to be counted and reconciled vs the register's purchases for the shift. And because you are turning that over to what is an armed guard in all likelihood, it's an accounting control that is in place to safeguard the assets of the company, shift by shift, cash register by cash register.
