I just want to get everyone's opinion on this.

Do you think there is any correlation between how big your starting penis size is and how much it can grow?

For example, do you think a bigger penis could become even larger faster? It has more tissue and can be filled with more blood. The more tissue, perhaps the more elastic tissue and it could expand more during workout.

A smaller penis has less to work with and cannot be engorged to the same size as its larger counterpart?

Anyway just wanted to see what you all thought.

There might be, but from my experiences it's nothing substantial.

I've heard of large men growing larger and small men growing to average and beyond.

I would say it depends on the person and how they perform the PE.
