Well.....
I'm all for anything that gets people to log off Fecesbook and do something physical.
It's all pretty much calisthenics.
But, it is a fairly large amount of work for an untrained/newbie.
That is a concern, because it has the ingredients there to cause a new person to get burned out, disillusioned, and quit.
As far as any results seen in 14 days...
That's up to the individual. Beginning fitness level, diet, consistency, etc.
