Circumcised at birth, I've never known any difference. I personally think that being circumcised makes my dick look "normal" and ready for action. A long foreskin makes a dick look more "mysterious" as you can't see the business end (head) easily. To me, a foreskin is like a guy sporting a full bush - there's some stuff to wade through and deal with especially when having oral sex.
