This is a pretty uplifting thread.
When I come to think of it, to be honest the best relationships (both platonic and romantic) with men are the ones that were the most in touch with their emotional side.
I've kissed male friends before, but that was mainly for shits and giggles usually when drunk. Plus in terms of greeting and goodbye hugs tend to be the norm for me.
But I usually cuddle with my best friend, Just arms wrapped round each other, stroking shoulders, long hugs, occasional kiss on the side of the head, holding hands that sort of thing. It's a completely platonic relationship, but it does feel like a much deeper level of friendship and connection because of it.

Feeling VERY old now - that was a night out in the 80s.
I've been fortunate enough to have a few very tight male friends who I can cuddle and sleep with. We've been close since high school. Even though it's been a while,

That's the majority of what it's used for but it can be in house, and it does make people tactile.

It was back during a period known as the "mephedrone explosion". At that point I was "bi" to a handful of people. The "mephedrone explosion" saw mephedrone catapult to the fourth most popular drug after alcohol, tobacco and weed. There were actually about three other ones, that were technically legal because they hadn't been banned yet. Mephedrone was more the going out one, then there was basically a tweaked version of MDMA. We were taking the latter one evening, there were about 25 people in the room, just made a quick announcement "I'm gay", and that was that.
