I haven't done that from edging, once I start to squirt it's usually all over in about 15-20 seconds.

What I find I can do from edging is if I bring myself close enough to the edge, I'll have three or four contractions - a small dry orgasm. Successive edges produce more contractions, and the intensity increases each time.

Once I did this as many times as I could, to see what would happen, and I had very strong orgasmic dry contractions for over a minute. It was pulsing and bobbing quite violently, and felt amazing. When they gradually subsided, I found I could bring them back by just doing a very gentle PC squeeze, a barely perceptible Kegel, and as long as I held the kegel my penis would spasm. I kept doing this for about 10 minutes before finally cracking and rubbing a load out.

It took several attempts to get there. (The prolonged dry orgasm, I mean.)
