From the Japanese for perversion, hentai is basically drawing dirty pictures. The advantage of drawing is that you can express things which are physically impossible, such as tentacle rape (common hentai cliche). Also, it allows you to stylize your characters: In the hentai universe, Japanese women with G cups (or larger) are quite common.
I do like some anime, so I come across some hentai occasionally. Some of it is pretty out there. It makes me wonder if Japanese men try to get their wives/girlfriends into it or if they just enjoy it alone. And what's with all the schoolgirl outfits? :

Hentai is a really cool way of animating graphic sex, though the so called "tentacle rape" is mayhap a tad too extreme for my taste.
It's interesting too to see japanese girls with whopper-sized tits, and japanese guys with dicks big enough to more than qualify for the board, since in real life, the prospect of finding such attributes in japanese women/men is a rarity.

Don't know anything about Japanese penis size, but I mentioned that yes, the women have small breasts. In hentai, the breasts are larger.
