I read this novel once about a time in the future when there's no money to be made in recorded music, and society is so dysfunctional that people don't go out to live shows. So if bands want to get heard they have to do porn and live-stream it to the net, with their music as the soundtrack.

I've been listening to a lot of Death Grips.

Other hiphop artists that I can enjoy are Buck65 and MF Doom.

Other than that, I've reeeaallllyyy fallen out of hiphop. It just doesn't do it for me anymore.
