I'm just curious as to who here decided or is maybe deciding to get bigger breasts. I know that there's still a stigma towards fake breasts though personally, this natural breast elitism is rather annoying.

What do the women here think about this?

I'm not a woman, but I think people of both genders need to develop more self-acceptance/confidence.

I think if any person, irrespective of gender, needs to be attractive to feel confident then something is wrong IMO.

I know somebody will flame me, but it's just an opinion.

However, I think the issue here is comparing to others, and realising not all men give a shit about large boobs. I do in honesty, but then it's good in recent years more men are honest to say that big boobs don't matter absolutely.

This.

Personally, I don't understand the wish for bigger breasts.
Mine aren't big at all, and I wouldn't change them for a million. They're part of me, they fit my body, they look good on me, they feel good on me, I think they're sexy. And that's really the only thing that matters. What anyone else thinks about them, well I don't give a shit.

Here in Belgium, it's really very rare to see anyone with breast implants. And frankly, I think breast implants often look odd. They pull bodies out of proportion, and they just change the natural look of the breast. Sometimes it's not that bad, but I've seen some examples of skinny girls like me with horrible boob jobs that just make me wonder about their sanity. Take Victoria Beckham. WTF?!

Each is entitled to his own opinion of course. But whatever the reason for wanting a boob job, it must mean the woman is not happy with who she is or what she looks like. Pity. Every woman is beautiful. Even if not everyone else thinks so, but what should that matter?

It's the same with trying to look skinny. I have a friend that just doesn't have the body type to wear a 36. She is absolutely totally gorgeous. Great face, great body, beautiful smile and laugh. And yet, she's on a diet, constantly, trying to lose weight. I don't get that either...

Why don't women just embrace who they are? Men will still love us anyway. It's not about boob size or body weight. It's about sexy confidence and being happy about yourself.

Or well, that's what I tell myself anyways

Yes...it is all about attitude. I have been with women who most would consider "drop dead gorgeous" and others that are, well, less so. Without exception, the ones I think about are those that had that attitude, that sense of self and confidence in pleasing me and themselves that made me want to go back for more...and more!

I admit to being a boob man as I love a large pair, but society seems to think that confidence MUST be based on looks/attractiveness. I'd think most psychologists would laugh out loud at this, for good reason.

Natural boobs look better anyhow, and I wouldn't ever scorn a woman for being less endowed.

The answer here is purely scientific.

Fact 1: Evolution and the principle of survival dictates that in order to survive, the a species must pass on its genetic information from one generation to the next. If this legacy is interrupted, that species eventually becomes extinct.

Fact 2: In order to ensure that the very best genetic information is passed on (and also to ensure that inferior genetic information is eradicated), individuals within the species develop certain traits to ensure that their genetic information will be passed on.

Fact 3: One of the traits that humans have evolved is the growing of larger breasts by females. This, scientifically, is supposed to show the males that the female would make a good candidate as a mother in nursing the males offspring.

That all being said... why do men find women with large breasts attractive? On a subconscious, evolutionary scale, its simply about our offspring. Nothing else. With this in mind, women are now able to enhance their breasts to compete with those women that already have large breasts. So its completely understandable why a woman would want larger breasts in the first place.

Science sure has a boring way of explaining non-boring things like sex, but it is what it is. Fortunately, it makes life really simple, if you follow it as a scientist. What is the purpose of life? Simply to propagate new life, and so on, and so on. Every action you make in your life is simply an effort to help pass on your genetic information, either directly, or indirectly.

Kinda makes you think, huh? :)

so why do some men enjoy small boobs? I think boobs as a sexual trait (other than obviously nursing babies which are their primary purpose) is society-specific. In Africa, India, China, etc. it's not about boobs.

I think as boobs are sexy per Western culture, and more endowed women are thus seen as more attractive, then it lends to breast implants. I stand by my original post though. Kind of makes me sad in a way that a woman must feel confident largely or even solely on how she looks. Shows in a way she has nor values any other part of herself.

So you think the propogation and survival of the human species all has/had to do with men who hanker after women with large breasts?

What a load of udder bullshit.

I don't have implants, but I share your viewpoint about the negative societal view. It annoys me too.

I had a girl friend (just a friend) and she told me one day that she had a boob job. I was surprised. They weren't massive or anything.... I think they were a bit bigger than mine and I'm a 36 c. Anyway she asked me if I would tell whether I thought they felt real. They looked and felt real, for sure.

I've noticed remarkable advancements with implant technology; we've come a long way since Tori Spelling (quite unfortunate) and if I had a really small chest I'm sure I would at least seriously consider getting implants. Society places a high value on larger breasts and there is a lot of pressure.

I think I read an article (can't remember the overall topic) that stated a man's representation of his 'manliness' or whatever-I guess sex appeal, I dunno, whatever is used to judge against other men and to attract women, was his cock. Apparently for women the representation = breasts.

I think it's interesting how there are websites where women can raise money and get men to pay for their implants. I don't judge them at all; seems like a rather creative and problem-solving transactional approach

I don't THINK it. Its scientifically proven. Don't get me wrong... there are other factors that have led to the extended propogation/survival of the human race as well... but breasts are just one of those factors.

There are many examples of physical traits in the animal kingdom (and even some in the plant kingdom) that have to do with selecting a proper sexual partner and pair bonding. Evolution dictates this. You can deny it all you want, but that doesn't make the fact go away.

I personally dont have a problem with it, as it doesnt seem to take anything away from my sex life. I still find it enjoyable. I just think its cool to look at the underlying reasons why things like sex happen.

I am kind of surprised at the number of women who have told me they wish they could be bigger especially after I had breast reduction surgery. Women that I just knew in passing will tell me how great I look but they wish they had more up top.

My sister is barely a B cup, and she's often voiced her wish to me like Mum and me. I've warned her to be careful what she wishes for. I don't think she'd ever do anything to change it, though.

I hope I never get to the size I was again, but frankly, I don't want to be any smaller either because I've always been "chesty," one of Mum's favorite words.

I am surprised at the number of women way past child bearing age that wish or want or have had the procedure.

Nothing to do with child bearing, fertility or being attractive to others. Just when they look in the mirror they feel good about themselves.

Battle scars of life are sexy to me, the whole kit and kaboodle.

I don't believe that big boobs are a must for a woman to be sexy. Personally, I find a persons attitude to their body to be the most sexiest thing they can have for example, understanding their figure and flaunting it with confidence. I'd date a woman of any body type (although a chubby woman would be my dream girl).

However, I admit to having a preference for incredibly large breasts - over a G cup and don't care if they're real or fake. In fact, I prefer fake breasts since the woman has the option of making them truly big and disproportionate. I suppose that I simply have a strong fetish for big breasts seeing as I'm one of the few men who will openly admit to liking disproportion with breasts...

I have a female friend who is dating my best friend and she's a 36D-DD. They don't look too bad and they definitely have a presence on her body. If I could be picky I'd wish them to big double the size but the surprising thing is that she said she'd definitely "go bigger" which caters to my breast expansion fetish.

In the end though, it's not about breast size, the woman simply needs to have confidence in themselves. Confidence shines better than any physical trait.

So yeah, I'm an odd character.

it just does not seem right (meaning it's noticeable that they are fake)

Most guys can't tell but for some odd reason I can tell if they are real or fake . it's hard not to laugh most of the time.
