I am about 3in flaccid but when i get a good wood i am a little over 7, anybody else out there have a jump like that and is there anyway to make my flaccid size bigger?

For me, I'm about 4.5" soft and just over 7" hard. Not a huge difference really. Maybey I'm more of a shower than a grower.

Yeah, when fully soft (like getting out of a pool), I'm like 2 inches. When I get hard, it basically keeps growing until I cum. I can't even tell you how long it gets (it varies), but it's close to 8", I think. So yeah, I guess I'm a grower. Someone told me that it didn't look like I was circumsized after getting out of a lake once. LOL

Oddly I can be both. When it is even slightly cold or I am stressed or active, my flaccid penis will shrink to near microscopic size. But when it is warm or I haven't moved for a while it begins to swell. It can vary from about 2" to 6" soft with an 8" erection.

i would call myself a grower. I can be pretty small flacid but it really varies. sometimes I go to take a piss and i feel huge, others i feel tiny, but I'm just over 7 when hard, so no worries. There's flacid and hard in my gallery for comparison.

I'm about 2 or 3 inches soft depending on if I'm stressed, active or cold. like Tripping out I shrink up sometimes too and feel real small when I go to piss, then other times I feel ok like I have nothing to worry about. I'm around 6 hard.
