I have heard from several sources that taking Viagra or Cialis increases the actual size of your cock. Taking Viagra or Cialis won't perform miracles. They are an aid to getting erect and staying erect for a reasonable time to achieve orgasm. Taking those meds assists opening the arteries into the penis, allowing the penis to get fully engorged with blood, which makes the penis very stiff and it stretches every fraction of an inch from the flaccid penis. If your cock is normally 7" when hard without the meds, after taking the meds your cock may get to be 7-1/8" or 7-1/4" when its erect. Don't expect that cock to lengthen to 8" or more because it just isn't going to happen, and don't expect comparison pictures of the two conditions to show such a small difference.

My thoughts are that during the "before", your dick wasn't getting enough blood for whatever reason, so it wasn't inflating to it's full potential. So of course, the "after" is going to be somewhat larger due to the Cialis allowing the blood to flow into the penis. So the "results" are going to be different from person to person depending on how bad their ED was to start with. For me, my dick would only fill with blood, but just hang there. I have taken both Viagra and Cialis. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you everyone for your posts and comments. I was just curious because I have heard that these medications can cause an increase in size. It makes sense that the actual penis doesn't actually increase in size larger than it already is but that the erection is just fuller. That is something I've noticed is that some days your erections are fuller or bigger than others.

That's exactly the way it works...at least for me. If I put on a hot porn video, my cock responds by plumping up nicely, stretching forward nearly full length, but not exactly tight.
