Kegel exercises, edging, staying hydrated, kegels, holding off a day or two, more kegels, learning to time those kegels to make your contractions stronger as you cum, and several years of practice and conditioning.

When I first started ejaculating (at age 14 with my first orgasm--before that, I'd just never tried hard enough to orgasm), I was strictly a dribbler. As years went on, and I improved my edging, and stayed properly hydrated for health reasons, I "came" <-- :biggrin1: to realize I wasn't just a dribbler anymore--lying on my back, chest shots became pretty regular. The time I accidentally shot myself in the eye was a good time indeed! I'd never had to worry about that before, so it was a milestone of sorts. It put my ejaculations into a whole new category as far as I was concerned, so despite the surprising sting of cum in my eye, it was a new triumph.
Shooting for me is by no means a guarantee. For example, when completing a five minute self-quickie before work, a low-volume dribble might be expected, but if I'm really feeling it, I'll shoot 3-4 contractions worth around a foot each. If it's amazing circumstances, like not cumming for days and then staying horny and on edge for a few hours, look out! I'd say my orgasms vary between 4 dribbles to up to 10 shots and 3 dribbles, but 4-5 shots and 2-3 dribbles is my most frequent combo.
