If I were you I just ask my doctor.
“Lots of woman” is a distortion name me one, that woman does a sexual census of all the men in town to rise the complain?
If I was on your situation and I didn’t trust medicine at least would have post this on healthy penis to get all the help I can. You can move this thread by tools - report “please move me to healthy penis” and a mod will handle .

Reward: Most men over 50 have some degree of ED. There are lost of remedies (yes, even some that work) I'd recommend two things, first look at Franktalk, org. It is website dedicated to ED and its treatments. Second, is to see a urologist who specializes in reproductive or sexual medicine. Most garden variety uros are out of tools once they have prescribed pills. You need a specialist. Don;t suffer in silence, get help.

There are so many solutions out there.

I liked being 18, being able to have sex 6 or 10 times in a night, and shoot cum 6 feet or over my head. Sadly those days are different now.

I imagine there are a lot of reasons an older woman might be disappointed with an older man from a sexual perspective. Starting with the idea that things aren't new anymore, and the sexiest thing is the mind. What permission could you give or habits could you revisit to open up new possibilities? Reading erotica together? Taking your man for a sensual massage with another person? Tantra? Checking out the sexiest guy on the site (@HUNGHUNK777 or your favorite)?

There are lots of medicatiins for ED that don't help with libido but if you have libido do help with rock hard erections just as satisf as an 18-year olds. Lots of sites provide access to these but just talking to a doctor and getting them might help. You don't need to have ED to use the little pills to get the best orgasms of your life.

A novel treatment in the area of preventative measures is the emsella chair, which is used for urinaryninckntinence and now erection quality in men. 11,400 Kegel exercises in 28 minutes. That's a year of sex three times a day with 10 cum shots per orgasm. At the end of three sessions you feel like you can pick up the device with your pelvic floor. I think that probably counts as preventative!

Gainswave or other shock treatment encourages blood vessel growth in the penis. Hasn't made me feel any better but I don't really have trouble getting an erection - just wanted to be 18 again.

Stay away from pumps and implants and surgeries, says a urologist friend of mine. Those really mess guys up and don't give a good experience. I have no experience with them.

Testosterone therapy may help with libido. It is expensive and has bad implications for heart health and sleep apnea. But if you are older anyway, the heart risk may not be that bad incrementally.

A lot of male health doctors will charge you a fortune for all sorts of treatments. If your husband or boy toy has a medical problem, start with a doctor. The advice will be more impartial, less financially motivated, more likely to be covered by insurance.

Don't be afraid to start with watching some sexy porn, asking your guy to get waxed by a 22-year old, massaging his prostrate, jerking him off, or giving him a bj if your comfortable. Just using these as examples of how to push boundaries that you thought you never would. You can always revisit what you are willing to do every day or every hour - but trying something exciting or different might have a bigger effect. After being with a woman for a long time the routine can get less motivating. Doing something you never thought you had to do to keep things spicy might be a better answer than to expect your guy to get excited in the same way for 30 years straight.

I hope never to have problems with ED. I am mostly interested in these ideas to chase the fountain of youth and have better epic sex. I would love to hear what's worked for other guys.

I understand ED is inevitable with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or lack of aerobic exercise. So be sure to add getting those under control early to your preventative list.

Good luck!! Let us know what works or what your experience is.

All excellent suggestions! In the end, if you need help from a doctor, it can go very well. I had chronically low testosterone, so my urologist and I tried various things. Creams for years, but the absorption rate was too variable. I now give myself biweekly injects in my thigh...no big deal. But the ED issues continue beyond the T so he gave me a prescription for TriMix which works every time, flawlessly. Can stay hard for hours depending on how I dose it, whether I cum or not!
