I've been doing it more frequently the past few months. Just hit 270 on the bench press...personal best. Hoping to get up to 300 eventually.

270 is pretty damn impressive. Nice bicep. How about a pec shot?

I'm not a bench presser, but I get lift 200 with my thighs in every direction on the machines at the gym.

Well I did have a spot and I'm not a ton sure if he helped or not. I know for sure I can do 250.

There are a couple machines I max out on, even using one arm. One is the lateral shoulder raise. Set it at 100 which is as high as it goes, and then only do one arm at a time and it's still too easy.

Working my way back up on the pec deck. At my old gym I maxed it out also and lifted the whole stack just using one arm at a time. Had to really brace my legs against the floor and hold on to the seat with my free hand, but was able to do it.

You can do a lot with dumbells and a bench at home. I'd throw in a chinning bar, too. You can certainly look your best. By that I mean toned and defined, not necessarily muscle bound.
