excellent topic and replies. it's important to keep in touch with your doctor and make him/her aware of how the drug is working, what side effects you have, and how it's affecting you. a patient's needs and experiences may change from time to time and may even call for a change in meds.
BTW, I personally feel if a person has clinical depression, s/he should see a psychiatrist rather than a "regular" M.D.
