They are the most ergonomic and comfortable tubes out there for the money. Pumptoys makes a great tube called the vel-seal tube, but it's opening has a VERY wide flare at the base and your scrotum could get sucked in and your results would be poor as a result of that. Most men's penises are wider at the base and a bit smaller at the head, the Kaplan tapered tubes fit most penises nicely. They can also reduce the pumper's donut somewhat and are easier to pack then the straight walled tubes in my opinion.
