The Thread re: Anyone Else Get Off Looking At Pictures Of...THEMSELVES? got me wondering if other guys get off looking at toons. Am in a long-distance relationship so my bf isn't often around. Sometimes rather than just jerking off or while vacuum pumping, I'll search the net looking for toons by Matt, Tom of Finland and others. Nice diversion if you've not tried it. Here's one of my favs of Billy by Matt.

(Normal) Japanese cartoon art is hugely popular, at least in this area and in some circles of the internet.

*searches for some examples of more suggestive Japanese cartoons*

I think I've read that Japanese girls enjoy looking at cartoons of young gay males together. Interesting culture.
Yes, it's called "Yaoi" on this side of the English-speaking internet, and I know a fair few (non-Japanese) girls who enjoy it too.

Yaoi (やおい)[nb 1] is a popular term for fictional media that focuses on homosexual male relationships, yet is generally created by and for females.

Japanese cartoons can get somewhat extreme in nature at times (example: the infamous tentacles), though this isn't always the case.

Yaoi is very popular for female japanese women because they clicked earlier on that women can enjoy same sex porn or erotic literature just as much as straight men get off on women on women, which has been well known MUCH longer and more socially acceptable by and large. Because our society is still so homophobic and men's sexuality still so....marginalised especially in Western culture, the fact of women too getting off on same sex sex is not that well known.

The only problem I have with Yaoi comics is that most of them are done in a feminine style where the men look like girls and not really muscular or jock type and those that do do them in the more 'real' physique are sometimes too extreme in their fetish tastes for me to get into or even get turned on by.

Yeah, I think I've seen a little of Yaoi comics, and I felt the same way. If I remember correctly, it was sort of like looking at illustrations of Emo boys having sex - even more feminine than the typical Emo type - if you can imagine that.

Great toon! Love looking at the toon and associating it with the real thing. One of perks of living in Miami is that I'm really into wreck diving. Know that you're str8, but one of my older pics (from about 8 years ago and which I didn't remove from my gallery) is of me in my fav diving swimsuit before I started taking bodybuilding seriously and bulked up. I can really assoicate with Billy in the Matt toons. Only wish I was still that young.
