Was feeling a bit blah about sex for a couple years. Was also dealing with Generalized Anxiety issues. Found a great Integrative Medicine doctor to deal with the anxiety. Had some blood work and tested my testosterone as well. Turns out it was a bit low. He said, one of the side effects of T is it reduces anxiety. Well 10 years later... I can fuck with confidence and my daily anxiety is really reduced. Doctor says many men just go straight to Viagra rather than having there testosterone checked. Glad I did!

(I give myself a shot one a week in the thigh. Very easy.)

The dose I take puts me right in the middle of the numbers for normal. My doctor does not see any issues when used in this way. There is anecdotal evidence of breast enlargement but my Dr has not seen it. I also take a tiny estrogen type pill twice a week for balance. But my levels are perfect. And if you decide on it, don't do the patch. More hassle than it's worth. The shot is easy.

I turned 67 this year and am very grateful that I still get rock hard and get off like a volcano.
