They may be signs of vitiligo with just one little spot behind the head, right now I don't think its anything to worry about. I may see another small spot on your scrotum, that too, should be anything to worry about either. Much larger areas that have lost their pigment would be vitiligo. Are there any other area of your body that have lost pigment?
At 62, I'm just the opposite with a rather dark shaft skin and a dark scrotum. I'm trying to bleach my penis to a more pink color.

I would say it is Vitiligo. I have it in the groin area, it started as a very small spot at the base of my shaft. Go to a dermatologists, they will be able to tell you exactly what it is, and no worries, Vitiligo is nothing life-threatening or contagious!!!

Vitiligo is pretty rare and seems unlikely. It would be interesting to know when this started and how long it has progressed. I think it is more likely to be scar tissue, which usually lacks melanin. If you've had minor tears in the skin over a long period of time you could have a build up of scar tissue. That is just about the spot that I would expect small tears to occur during vigorous sex or masturbation.
