Anyone Ever Been Offered Money?

I’m not a woman and I have not been offered money, but I was offered marriage by a woman who had messed up priorities.

She literally proposed to me with a wedding date and all. She grew up Christian with a “no sex before marriage” belief system. She reasoned that oral was ok, but intercourse was not. After a couple months of oral play she proposed so that we could have sex. We weren’t even dating!

I actually have fairly high standards for sexual partners. At least high compared to my relative value.

Exactly! It remains an insane proposition. I pointed this out that day, but she did not see it my way.

Incidentally, as fate would have it, we live in the same city again (this proposal was years ago in a different city). Early last year we saw each other for the first time in over 6 years. We made small talk, caught up a bit and moved on. I do wonder if she every thinks about her proposal and how ridiculous it was.

Which brings up a side question: how many times have you been proposed to? In fun, in earnest, spur of the moment, etc.

I think I have 8, and only one was a fun drunk incident, and we never had sex. He may have been religious. Don't remember; don't know.
